GenCon Online 2020

Hello Readers and Writers!

If you are attending GenCon Online July 30-August 2, 2020, I’ll have my books represented there and be hosting some seminars for your consideration. If you’re still needing to sign up, you can do it FOR FREE HERE.

You can register for events via the ONLINE CATALOG HERE, and I’m scheduled to host the following seminars:

Getting Your Story Told (SEM20187485 7/30/2020 at 1:00pm EST): How to overcome writing blocks and maintain momentum on your quest to “The End.”

**Due to the rapid rate which it filled, I have secured a second session of Breathing Life Into Your Fiction (SEM20189055 7/30/2020 at 7:00pm EST) How to make characters and settings real for your readers. **Please note: This will be the same information discussed in the session on Friday, just at a different time.

Breathing Life Into Your Fiction (SEM20187486 7/31/2020 at 11:00am EST): How to make characters and settings real for your readers.

A Fan’s Guide to Keeping Your Favorite Creatives Creating (SEM20187489 7/31/2020 at 7:00pm EST): A discussion about both paid and free ways to support the authors and artists you love so they can deliver their best work to you.

Live Developmental Editing (SEM20187487 8/1/2020 at 7:00pm EST): Putting meat on the bones of your manuscript (and making sure all those bones are in their proper places). Please note, this will be a live demonstration of the first time I go over the working draft of one of my mentees, not me going over work I’m already familiar with.

Navigating Self-Publishing for the Debut Author (SEM20187488 8/2/2020 at 11:00am EST): Breaking down the ins and outs of getting your book into readers’ hands, from an author who learned it the hard way.

All of these seminars will be open for Q&A and will be hosted on Skype. Space is currently limited, so if any of these sessions are of interest to you, grab your tickets soon. Hope to see you there!
